Effective April 1st we will be asking our customers to be active users on the Shipper Connect System. We will be instructing our customers to utilize the system to empty their cars. The system also allows car tracking visibility on our line, you may also request car for placement systematically. Once you perform an action in the system an automatic notification is sent to your agent. Your cooperation is appreciated, if you need further assistance with the system or a user name and password please let me know. I will conduct a training session at your facility or via phone on request. I apologize the system is not designed for third party car tracing. The system is based on customers traffic arriving, originating or departing from PAS or ST line only.
