Main Line Connection
Spurs Relocation

FAIRFIELD, ME -- To better serve its customers who utilize rail, New England Public Warehouse is relocating its Augusta, Maine upstate to Fairfield, along Guilford Rail's main line. The installation of the main line connection and track allows for simultaneous loading of three freight cars for pulp and paper products.

The warehouse has been refurbished and its new owner, M & M Associates has funneled nearly $750,000 into the renovation. Now with the main line connection, Public Warehouse can offer its customers greater flexibility in product shipping. Formerly evaluated at $84,000, the warehouse is now valued at $600,000.
